RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Canford Electrical. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent service.

This Return & Exchange Policy applies only to goods purchased directly from Canford Electrical. Products purchased from other retailers, distributors, or resellers are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Products may be considered for return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Request is made within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery.
  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals and labels are intact.
  • Original invoice or receipt is presented.
  • Product passes inspection by Canford Electrical.

Canford Electrical reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG PURCHASE

  • No cash refund will be provided.
  • A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply.
  • Special order, indent, customised or non-stock items are not eligible for return or exchange.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products found to be defective due to manufacturing faults within the applicable warranty period may be:

  • Repaired;
  • Replaced with the same model;
  • Replaced with an equivalent model if the original model is discontinued, subject to inspection by Canford Electrical.

The Warranty Policy applies separately from this Return & Exchange Policy.

INCORRECT GOODS SUPPLIED

If Canford Electrical supplies the wrong product due to our error:

  • We will exchange the item at no additional charge.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Installed or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation or negligence.
  • Clearance, promotional or sale items.
  • Custom-made or indent order products.
  • Electrical components that have been wired, modified or altered.
  • Products returned after the eligible return period.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please contact our sales representative or visit our showroom before returning any goods. Kindly provide:

  • Original invoice or receipt.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for transporting approved returns back to Canford Electrical at their own cost, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item supplied or approved warranty replacement).
Returns without prior approval may be rejected.

FINAL DECISION

Canford Electrical reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any return, exchange or Credit Note. The management's decision on all return and exchange requests shall be final.
